Booking Conditions

Please read these terms carefully. By booking with Horn Expeditions, you agree to the conditions below:


Booking & Confirmation

Bookings can be made through our website, by email, or in person. A tour is considered confirmed once we receive your deposit or full payment. A confirmation message with the final itinerary and included services will be sent to you.


Payments

To confirm your booking, a deposit or full payment is required, depending on the tour. Payment instructions will be provided clearly. The remaining balance, if any, must be paid before the start of the tour.


Cancellations & Refunds

  • If you cancel your tour, we will do our best to refund you, depending on how early you inform us. Some expenses, such as permits or accommodation, may not be refundable.

  • If we cancel due to unexpected situations (such as safety issues or weather), we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule.


Changes to the Itinerary

We aim to follow the agreed itinerary, but changes may occur due to local conditions, weather, or other unforeseen factors. We will always try to inform you in advance and provide suitable alternatives.


Travel Documents & Visas

You are responsible for having a valid passport and any necessary visas. We can assist with invitation letters and guidance to help with your visa process if needed.


Health & Safety

By booking a tour, you confirm that you are in suitable health to travel and participate in the tour activities. Please let us know in advance if you have any health conditions or dietary requirements so we can plan accordingly.
