I was born and raised in Somaliland, where I developed a deep love for my country’s wildlife, history, and culture. After earning a Business Administration degree from the University of Hargeisa, I chose to use my skills to build a responsible tourism company.
For over eight years, I have guided international travelers, media teams, and expert birdwatching groups across Somaliland and Djibouti. I know the terrain perfectly and love bringing the unique history and diverse wildlife of the region to life for my guests.

I grew up in a large family of nineteen, a vibrant upbringing that gave me amazing communication skills, deep empathy, and a strong sense of community from a very young age. I originally studied Civil Engineering, but I left the field to follow my true passion: cultural exchange and travel.
With over seven years of professional experience, I have managed logistics and guided global travelers, international TV journalists, documentary crews, and famous content creators. I am a natural storyteller who connects guests directly with everyday life in the Horn.
